FAQ, ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS
When are you open? Poseidon hotel is open from the first of June to the fiteenth of Semptember, these date are not strict and can be changed according to weather conditions.
How can we book? Very easy, contact us at 0735582441 and 3485502378 (from October to May) or in the hotel at 0861787833 (from June to September). Miss Anna will answer to any of your requests. Once you have booked by phone, we will ask you to send a deposit of 100€ per person by credit transfer or postal order. If you like we will communicate confirmation of the booking by e-mail or phone.
Beach service is included? Beach service is included and provide guests with one beach umbrella, one deckchair and one beach bed for each room at Antares Lido which is in front of the hotel.
How far is the beach from the hotel? Poseidon hotel is located on Tortoreto seafront, to reach the beach you have just to cross the street!
Where is located Poseidon hotel? Poseidon hotel is located on Tortoreto seafront in the south part of the town, to spot the exact location we advise you to visit where we are page.

How far is town center fom the hotel? Considering Trieste street as the town center, Poseidon hotel is 600 meters at south, three minutes by cycle. Just a stroll...
Are pet allowed? Little dog are allowed on condition that they are polite and do not bark.
Our kid suffer from celiac disease, are you able to provide suitable meals? Of course we can, we have direct experience with celiac desease in our family and we can provide you with specific menu to meet the needs of your kids. We only ask you to bring glutine free pasta while our kitchen will provide homemade bread, absolutely glutine free. We will pay maximum attention.
Do the hotel has air conditioning? Any room and the restaurant have air conditioning. The heat wont be one of your problems. Rooms are also provided with ceiling fan which you could use as an alternative or with air conditioning in order to streamline its effects.
Beverages are included? Not they are nto, beverages and phone calls are the only extra which are recorded. Any other service is included.
When we have to leave the room? We kindly ask guest to leave the room by 10 a.m. in order to allow us to get it ready for arriving guests.
How often is room linen changed? Bed linen si changed every three days while towels are changed at guest request. In a social responsibility perspective and evironmental susatinability Poseidon hotel kindly asks its guests to use towels more than once as to decrease the environment impact, water and electric one, of washing linen.
Do you have and internet connection? Yes, we have a WI-FI 7 Mbit/s free internet connection in the hall and rooms. The internet service is available from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
