Sea Hotel
The Dépendance is located 50 meters by hotel Poseidon, it is a flat of 70 square meters, first floor with lift, in the elegant Roses' House colored in yellow and red ocher of recent construction.
The apartment is divided into:
• 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, safe and air conditioning;
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning;
• 1 kitche with sofa bed, air conditioning, LED TV 23'
• 1 bathroom with shower and hairdryer;
• 1 terrace overlooking the sea.
Other facilities of Tortoreto homeholydays include washing machine, iron and ironing boards, garden furniture for the terrace. On the ground floor of the Roses' House is a courtyard that can be used as storage where to keep the bikes.
The Dépendance is a beach holiday accommodation developed to provide touristic services for large families, consisting of 4 to 6 people, who want to spend their holidays with complete independence.
It can be used both as a holiday home in Tortoreto Lido or as external accommodation for guests.
The rates for the holiday home are given in the table below and refer to 7 days period with arrival on Saturday or Sunday.

Prices include VAT, touristic tax, beach service (1 umbrella, 1 deckchair, 1 sunbed), electricity, water and gas.
The apartment is available for our guests on the day of arrival from 16:00, the day of departure we kindly ask them to free by 10:00 to enable us to offer a quality service to arriving customers.
Mandatory fee: final cleaning € 50 (excluding kitchen).
Optional extras:
• Bed and bath linen per week + 10 € (per person);
• Daily cleaning + 20 € per day;
• Air conditioning + 35 € per week;
• Extra person + 10% at the fifth week;
• Extra person + 10% at the sixth week;
• ent a bike + 20 € per week.
But there are even more seaholiday offers. Hotel Poseidon offers the opportunity to stay in the Dépendance taking advantage of the restaurant and other hotel facilities at a discounted price (except for high season period - 4/19 August).
An offer we have developed to meet the specific needs of large families who need more space (70 sqm), a dedicated kitchen and valuable services at a low prices.

Full board service has not additional charges and includes daily cleaning, all hotel services (7 Mbps internet wifi, bike service, mini-club for children, beach service), restaurant service with breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only extra expenses are the drinks.
The periods of residence in the Dépendance are weekly beginning on Saturday or Sunday.
To full board service in the Dépendance applies the following reductions:
- FREE - Children under 2 years;
- 50% discount - children from 2 to 6 years;
- 30% discount - children from 6 to 12 years;
- 15% discount - the fifth and sixth person, accommodation in a double sofa bed in the kitchen.
